If you cancel after the initial term, your website will go offline. Our service is all-inclusive and the website is part of that ongoing service. It’s our intellectual property. We don’t sell websites as standalone products because the value we provide is in the continued support, updates, and performance. If you ever leave, you’re not locked in, but you also don’t keep the site.

Very little. Just a general idea of what your business does, any services you offer, and your logo or photos if you have them. If you want to be hands-on, great. If not, that’s fine too. We’ll guide you through it either way.

Usually two weeks or less once we’ve received the initial info and assets. We keep the process fast and simple so you can get online without the usual delays.
